North Dakota Legislature: Bullying Bill Passes
The North Dakota legislature has passed legislation that defines school bullying and requires districts to have policies by July 2012. House Bill 1465 requires districts to involve a broad range of stakeholders to develop their policy and provide bullying prevention programs to all K-12 students. The bill also addresses immunity for liability for districts.

No state policy specifically addressing schools. However Code 12.1.17-07 (2009) makes harassment via phone, in writing or via electronic communication a Class A misdemeanor.
Cyber Bullying
No state policy.
Hazing
No state policy addressing elementary or secondary schools.
